As the founder of Bye Design, she helps high-growth companies clarify, elevate, and scale their brands — through thoughtful strategy, standout design, and systems that actually work.

With over a decade of experience across tech, hospitality, wellness, entertainment, and social impact, Ellen has built brand identities, websites, and campaigns for multimillion-dollar startups, global hospitality groups, and world-changing nonprofits. Her work blends business intelligence with creative instinct — transforming complex ideas into intentional design that drives connection, growth, and longevity.

More than just a designer, Ellen is a brand strategist, marketing mind, and trusted advisor. She’s known for seeing what others miss, asking the right questions, and making the entire process feel clear, collaborative, and sharp from start to finish.

“Like most entrepreneurs, my path has not been linear — and I thank God for every twist and turn.

The pivots, the pressure, the wins and setbacks — they’ve all shaped the way I lead, create, and collaborate. That lived experience is what allows me to see beyond the surface and understand the real challenges you’re navigating: the urgency, the ambition, the responsibility.

I’m not here to hand down advice from a pedestal. I’m in it with you — sleeves rolled up, eyes on the long game. Because growth isn’t just about scaling quickly. It’s about doing it intentionally, with the right people by your side.

My role is to bring clarity, structure, and momentum — while equipping you with the tools and confidence to lead in your own way.”

Why Bye Design

The name Bye Design is a statement of intent.

It nods to the phrase “it’s by design” — a reminder that meaningful brands aren’t built by accident. They’re built with purpose, strategy, and clarity. The “E” is personal. It stands for Ellen — a subtle signature woven into everything I create.

Bye Design exists to help founders lead with intention, show up with confidence, and build what they were meant to build — on purpose, and by(e) design.
